AMaGA National Conference | 3–5 November 2026 | Canberra
We are delighted to announce that the 2026 AMaGA National Conference will be held in Canberra from Tuesday 3 to Thursday 5 November 2026. The Museum of Australian Democracy at Old Parliament House will serve as our conference hub, with elements of the program taking place across cultural sites and institutions across the National Triangle and Kamberri/Canberra - making the most of the extraordinary cultural precinct on Ngunnawal and Ngambri Country.
The conference theme is Together: people, power and politics.
The call for papers is now open! We're looking for presentations that reflect genuine practice - the processes, decisions, and lessons behind your work
