About the Role:

The Project Manager - Priscilla is responsible for the development, planning, management, and successful delivery of the Priscilla – Destination Fabulous project at the History Trust of SA.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Manage the planning, delivery and review of complex programs, projects, and initiatives of importance to His-tory Trust operations; principally Priscilla: Destination Fabulous.
• Develop, manage, and monitor project scope, schedule, budget, risks, and resources and reporting on project deliverables.
• Develop and maintain collaborative working relationships with project stakeholders and providing expert advice in relation to project planning and activities.
• Co-develop, implement, and evaluate best practice community engagement strategy to engage and maintain a range of communities and stakeholders.
• Develop, plan, and administer the activities of the LGBTQIA+ Advisory Group.
• Provide consultancy and expert contribution to the development of strategic partnerships with key industry stakeholders to influence and facilitate project objectives.
• Be a key point of contact for internal and external project stakeholders.
• Coordinate, and provide expert advice to, change management, business process improvement and benefits realisation processes, including through stakeholder management, communications, and training to support the project delivery.

Desirable qualifications:

Tertiary qualification in Business or Project Management, or similar
Qualifications in community engagement

Special Conditions:

Some out of hours work may be required. Occasional weekend work may be required. Engagement in this role is subject to a satisfactory Department of Human Services Working with Children Check. Intrastate and interstate travel may be required and a current driver’s licence is desirable.
