The CFC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced team member as our first Head of Philanthropic Development. You will drive the strategic direction and implementation of philanthropic initiatives as the CFC builds Australia’s arts and culture capital.

If you are passionate about fundraising, have a proven track record of securing major gifts and grants, and are committed to making a meaningful impact in the community, we want to hear from you!

You will be leading the philanthropic strategy, developing and strengthening relationships and leading fundraising campaigns, including a major capital campaign.

Of course, you will have a strategic mind, you will have outstanding communication and people skills and bring a wonderful track record of developing the arts and culture. And you will be excited about what can happen when you bring all of this together.

Note: This position may be eligible for an Attraction and Retention Incentive (ARIn), subject to meeting the ARIn eligibility criteria as outlined in the ARIn framework at Annex B of the CFC Enterprise Agreement 2023-2026.
